They went to Canada in '07, that was the last time correct?  The trips are available every four years but they didn't take one last year.  We heard all about Duke and Georgetown in China last year with ESPN putting Duke's games on TV, the Hoyas making the news by fighting a Chinese team.  Besides a few games and some traveling experience the extra bonus is that these trips come with 10 free practices.  This year could be a very opportune time to get that extra experience.

An article about the value these trips have: http://aol.sportingnews.com/ncaa-basketball/story/2011-08-09/foreign-trips-a-huge-advantage-for-college-teams

The US State Department has said no, the country can't afford an international incident.

Send them to Amsterdam, get everything out of their system legally.  Everybody wins.
