Funny though...American Eagle's mascot is, well, an eagle. You'd think they'd have AN eagle image somewhere to use.

As an alumnus from both MU and DePaul, I feel dissed. Like the uninspired MU design wasn't bad enough, they had to forget about DePaul... I wrote them an e-mail, hopefully they add one ASAP, cause they are insulting DePaul University with each page view that collection gets.

I feel like i am betraying MU and all the scoopers out there, but I really like the Syracuse and Cincy shirts.

Marquettes and USF's are simply uninspired and the oversight of DePaul should make AE feel like dirt.

I would like our shirt, and potentially buy one (did not look at the price though) if it did not have the new logo.  Just the old looking Marquette would have been fine since they probably could not use an old logo.

I like the new logo a lot. But it looks stupid and redundant with the Marquette written out on the shirt. It's just bad design.

Here is my prediction:

American Eagle is going to sell zero Marquette shirts because all of the fans are going to think the design is incredibly lane.  Next year, they won't make any because there isn't any "fan support".

It's kind of a shame they didn't do a better job.  It's nearly impossible to find Marquette Wear outside of the Spirit Shop.  You would think that at least Kohl's in Chicago would carry some stuff, but no.  Plenty of ND merch, though.
