Today Marquette sent out Admission Acceptance packets to the Class of 2016.  If you know an applicant, try to take him/her to either the Pitt or Louisville game this holiday weekend to see THEIR team play.

A recruit remains a prospect after he has signed an NLI or accepts an offer of financial aid to attend MU, until he reports for the first day of classes for a regular term (fall or spring) or begins official practice immediately prior to the start of classes. Treat ALL students as prospects!

Exactly... because the last thing we want is some freshman being kicked out of the Drama Club because he went to an MU game with his Uncle.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

I don't think this was a recruit-related thread...simply inviting those non-athletes who applied and were accepted to Marquette to come watch their new team for the next four years. I think.

I agree. Edited my post.

Just don't bring any possible recruits, okay guys and gals? ;)

I really didn't think teal was necessary in my post, but now I feel I may have expected too much from my fellow scoopers.

Teal would have ruined it.  Well played.

We're still waiting on the 'recruiting' call from Buzz for our son.  Darn, can't believe Buzz used up his last scholly for next year already.  Wait a minute . . . I'll make my kid pay for his own ticket on Monday.  Wouldn't want to violate any NCAA rule!

For the record, I picked up what you were throwing down, and +1 on the teal.
