Chip Sylvie tweet, "Kendrick Nunn at Marquette game today.  I know a few others(myself included) who think he will wear a Marquette uniform"

I wouldn't ming adding this guy to the squad

I like his game, but with Blue here through 2014, Mayo through 2015, and Ferguson, TJ Taylor, and Burton in the pipeline, we have a bigger need for either another big (even a project) or a true point.

While I agree it would be hard to pass someone like Nunn up

You're assuming an awful lot.

Nunn would be a great get.  The concern about a big man falls on Durley.  Not to turn this into a Durley thread, but if he pans out, MU is fine there and the next class would be a big man.  I sense Buzz wants a big and a PG every two years.  Perhaps he feels either Nunn or Taylor would be the PG.  With both, though, you can play them together.  I know he liked that in the past.  Can't do it with Junior and DWilson.

dwaderoy2004

You take Nunn, rejoice, and figure it out later.

GGGG

Durley isn't the guy I am worried about.  I want more 6'8" type wings.

lab_warrior

I'd take Nunn in a heartbeat. You don't pass guys with his talent up.

Dr. Blackheart

Sign him. Stud and tough.  Benford has opened up Chicago, and having Jimmy buds with DR doesn't hurt with Simeon (nor does having Mayo here).  All about The League.  btw, S. Taylor is so underrated it is sick.  Just so well-rounded in all aspects.

4everwarriors

I'm all in for MU bein' Simeon north.

Hmmm...Simeon or Germantown....tough choice.

chapman

Absolutely want him.  Yes, we need a point and a big, but let's not be naive enough to think there will be no roster attrition in the next two years.

I can't find anything on scout or rivals listing us in association with him. Can anybody help me out here?

john31

Sorry about that, I went to look him up to see his stats etc, the first thing I saw was what I posted. I should have noticed the date. Would love to see him at MU.

If he was at the game today I am sure there is at least a little bit of interest on his part.

marquette20

Getting Nunn can't do anything than help Marquette in its recruiting efforts of Jabari Parker
Taylor/Nunn/Parker play great together at Simeon

Sometimes they're the last to know. Other times they're just lazy about updates. Be more interested about what the Bullseye Brothers have to say about Illinois prospects.

Not doubting that, i was just curious to see any info on our recruitment of him and how the list of suitors looks right now.

According to Bullseyes twitter, Nunn also was at DePaul tonight to watch their game with Syracuse.  Jaylon Tate, the PG at Simeon, was also be in attendance.  Of course, DePaul got their ass handed to them...

bilsu

Mayo's brother went pro after one season. Mayo is here next year and one more, if we are lucky.
