We are really good guys. I know we looked bad. But if anyone has watched enough years of this game, teams have bad nights. And teams have good night.

Washington had a great night. Ball was bouncing their way through most the game. We had a bad night and still pull it out.  It is one of these nights that really shows me this team can go far.

That was a tough match up for us, don't think we were bad, it was just a tough match up and Washington is GOOD. Losing Otule almost immediately was game changing for us and we pulled it out. HUGE win!

We did not play well.  Sloppy passing, lazy defense, lapses on defense, poor rebounding.  Yet, still won.  It shows how much we do miss Otule.  They don't get to the hoop as easily, IMHO, with Otule back there.

Not saying it was our best showing, there were lots of bad plays, sloppiness, thought Garder in particular looked sluggish, but think losing Otule changed the whole game for us. UW is tall and we couldn't rebound to save our lives. With Otule, we might have been a bit more cohesive.

The guys pulling this one out and winning is huge.
