Billy Madison Quote = Timeout

Anyone who uses the quote from the movie Billy Madison ("At no point in your rambling, incoherent response...") should get a 24-hour timeout for complete lack of originality. Seriously, it's a quote from a 15-year-old movie that gets less funny every time someone uses it...and it has been used ALOT on this board.

If this is gonna be the repository for ignored complaints, I would like to add, I want the mods to bring back so you can see how many people have blocked you.  Loved that feature.

also stats on # of timeouts given.

then bama and sugar can do some regression analysis on something that no one else will understand.   :D
