I agree with what your are saying.  However this board would lose 80 percent of the posts if they stayed with what was really important.  I do applaud the posters for having interest in the program.  I think of all the possible recruits from God knows where who are talked about ad nauseum.  Every little anal thing is thrown out here.  It blows my mind how folks are so zoned in to nothing.  I hope the posters are able to go to the games but wonder how many with the great word skills ever see the games in person.  It does make a great difference.  I will always respect all the posters and you will just laugh at me.  I am just an old guy who never posts.  Missed 6 games in 47 years.  That does not mean I have a clue.

This reminded me of a situation from years ago, while still living in Milwaukee, I broke up with a young woman once I decided that she had an 'unbridled enthusiasm for the meaningless.' Her attitude was highlighted by one super-excited phone call to let me know that she had renewed her driver's license.

Sometimes I ponder breaking up with this list; then I remember it's just the off-season.

Wendy's Spicy Chicken was much better when the previous fry cook was here.  Once he left for McDonalds (It's McDonalds, it's McDonalds!!!), quality went down.  The new guy can't get good ingrediants, no big chickens for instance, and isn't experienced enough to handle a really busy crowd.

I guess we'll have to wait at least 5 years to see how he does and judge him properly.

Yes, thanks to an unseemly relationship between between the former Wendy's guy and a major chicken producer in Indiana. Seems the producer's son was hired to run shake, smoothie and sundae machines at the same McDonald's.

All I can say is that recruit that went to Domino's, Tate Dillow, is incredibly over-rated. He comes in and everyone acts like he's going to revolutionize delivery chain chicken, and instead he can't even perform to the level of his less-heralded predecessor, the Domino's Kickers. And people here act like Vander was a bust...
