Kind of surprising considering his age -- 61 -- and that he would leave GM after 14 seasons. Then again, Miami is at least doubling his salary. He certainly is a good coach.

Good for him. Sad to see him leave GM because he did wonderful job there. However, the increased pay is well deserved. In today's economy he would be crazy not to take the dough.
