Pregnancy implant,could i be pregnant?.?

ive used the implant for 2 years and 5 months,but recently lost over 4 stone very very quickly could the weight loss have stopped it working,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,latley i felt as if i was pregnant and have done 3 test 2 positive 1 negative,what does everyone think?
also i am now having it removed on the 1st of september so if im not now,how quickly could become pregnant?????????myself and husband want to try asap,anyone have any experiences like this?
i usually fall fast with my husband the first baby was within 2 weeks or trying and second 6weeks xxx

Yes, but once you do the translation from British pounds to American it is much greater.
