+1  Great to hear.  Looks more retro.

How on earth does that look retro?

Unless you're talking about MU basketball letterhead, circa 2005. Retro.

How can you be disappointed in "some of the best uni's in the country hands down"?????

...because we all know they look great to a certain degree, however they could look A LOT better

I'm talkin' 'bout the font on the baby blue jerseys.  Those are the ones inspired by the '74's with the same side striping, and the different font on the baby blues looks retro compared to the "Marquette" wordmark on the whites, golds and navys.

I couldn't care less as to what's on the back of the jerseys.  It will all look like a huge sweat stain anyways.  This should be a lesson as to why you stay away from Nike and Under Armor.

We also should never have any brand-name gear that student athletes are excited to wear.

I hear LA Gear is always looking for teams to wear their shoes.

Maybe they should talk to KO at USC...

See... I always thought that was an insurance company.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

A new pic of Juan Anderson wearing the new baby blue from the back, admittedly it's mirrored:

I detest the lettering on the baby blues.  It doesn't look "retro." It looks dumb. Keep the jerseys consistent.

Thanks...I was lazy this morning. Or rather, not lazy because I'm cleaning the house while the girlfriend's away.

+100 .. amazing how MU went from the team that could do no wrong with its jerseys, to picking one that is proudly hideous.  wtf.

I actually like the block lettering. It's simple and adds uniqueness to the baby blues.

Is this right: all the jerseys have 'v necks' except for the baby blues, which have a 'choker' look / 'crew neck'?

I think JA is wearing a shirt underneath.  Check the front indentation on the back of the jersey in the initial 4-jersey picture again:
