Young, good recruiter (including what appears to be character so far), enthusiastic guy, hard worker, cares about the kids not just in basketball, work in progress as bench coach.  He's the kind of guy that we can really grow with.

I hope Buzz "truly" appreciates the opportunity MU provided he and his family. Loyality is a two way street and thus far MU has help up to their end of the bargain. Staying might not be the right thing for Buzz personally but it would should the character of the man.

This fan hopes he stays for ten more years.
