Verizon fios just added the HD channel as well.  Seems that most are getting it done in time for Thursday.

It's not a question, the answer is yes:

A spokeswoman for Time Warner Cable, Stacy Zaja, said late Tuesday afternoon truTV HD will be made available, but she could not say when it would be in operation or on what channel. She said the channel will be added before Thursday's games.
