It's down to ten finalists that the Big Ten Network selected and the top three vote getters head to Indy for the BT Tourney.  I had to do it quick and it's awful (they judged based on 25% each of: enthusiam, voice, creativity and calling the play on the court), but I will rock Conseco in person. 

While in Indy, I will be committed to representing Marquette (and Minnesota) and getting to know Charissa Thompson.

I'm sending my vote your way, but you're right that it's awful.  The 2nd one is the only one that sounds remotely like Gus Johnson.  The rest are absolutely atrocious.  It's comical.

Thanks bahdee.  The Official Rules were difficult to grasp (obviously for me, but in general)... at one point it talks about an 'impersonation' but if you read through the whole thing, I believe the idea behind it was to match the enthusiam of Gus Johnson (i.e., in your own way is fine.. and in fact creativity was 1/4 of the scoring)... not to try to sound like him.  That second one does sound like an impersonation.. I don't think anyone else was going for that.  The criteria (25% each) used by the judges was: enthusiam, voice quality, creativity and accurate calling of what was happening on the court.

Ahh well, if I make it to Indy I'll take it.  Definitely trying to hollar at Charissa.
