I won't go so far as to say that anyone should be fired or that I'm embarrassed to be associated with it in any way, this is the worst choke job I can remember from a Marquette team.  Everyone just tightened up - the players and Buzz.  The players stopped executing the offense and defense, and Buzz's brain cramped up pretty bad.  I won't even get into the awfulness that was the defense of the last UL possession.

Because of the 10am tip in St. Louis, I've had a few bloody marys.  Might as well make it a full-on retard drunk day so hopefully I won't remember this game later.

And to those that say something about it being a good showing because MU built an 18 point lead, those kind of leads only matter when MU gets the win.  Moral victories are for losers.

It makes it even worse.  Building an 18 point lead in their house while completely kicking their arse demonstrates that MU has the talent to be a very good team.  They looked light years ahead of Louisville.   There is no comfort in that notion because they wasted it.  No moral victory at all.....if this program is going to get to another level...no more excuses...no more "moral victories"....no more "gee the little engine that almost could"....win the games.  Period.
