Did anyone expect any different?

Did anyone really think MU would tighten the defense on that final play?

Did anyone really think Buzz would draw up a play that actually led to a good shot?

Fred Garvin

We haven't had a decent shot coming out of a time out in a long time!

I think your posts are obnoxious.  But, no I did not expect anything different.

Did you cheer when Buycks hit the go-ahead shot?

yeah, but I knew they would give up a basket in return.  i just hoped there would be some time left for MU to get a last shot off.

Obvioulsy not as he enjoys holding a grudge against a 20 something aged kid.  I sure hope he's a young kid because there's no way a grown man should go that route.

So you didn't like DJO having the ball going to the hoop with a ball screen and enough time to get to the lane?  Was Buzz supposed to project a no call on a trip or a freak slip/fall?  What would you have drawn up?

DJO running full-speed with his head down, completely out of control?  Nope, didn't like that one bit.

How can the monitors of this site have a member with a name like "nomorebuycks"?   The kid is one of the bright spots of this team, and keeps getting better.   And he hit a huge shot at the end tonight that gave MUBB a chanced to win.

Title of this post is wrong.  It was not an "easy layup."  It was a shot over a 6' 11" defender.  Layup yes, easy, no.  So your wrong on this point.

And, without Buycks shot the play before, the "layup" would not have mattered.  So, your handle is wrong as well.

So, you knew Vandy would score after Buycks hit the shot?  Since you can predict the future how's the rest of the season going to play out?

What did you think of Buycks' performance?

Honestly, how you think it's remotely appropriate to post under your BS name is all we need to know about you.

No, no, and no.  It's no longer even remotely surprising.  But I would like more Buycks, especially from outside against zones.

He's just trying to get his post count up... i've been waiting for him to say something that doesn't annoy me, but he just won't take his HEAD out of his A$$.  Probably lives in the apartment above Golden Chicken.

I thought Vandy had to work hard to get that winning shot off.

Plus, if normal officiating had been applied to that last play, it may have worked out.

TallTitan34

A lot of people say they didn't call a trip on DJO because we wouldn't get that call on the road.

On the flip side, couldn't you say if we played tighter D, they would call a foul on us for being on the road?

timinatorx3

Call on the road at the end of the game. Have gone to it like 3 times already but... Georgetown '08. Kthnxbye.

Glad to see you're smugly satisfied about the loss. Never mind that your favorite player was one of the best we had on the floor tonight. If it helps you any, we pretty much stamped our ticket to the NIT tonight. That should give you orgasms for the next three months. Maybe that will keep your drivel off this site.

yes, Buycks was one of the best last night. He had a lot of minutes and was the best turnover guy for MU. Just sayin'

I think the point is that there were 3 men down low and 2 MU defenders and Vandy found the open man before Otule could rotate over.  Simple math, they had numbers up down low.

So, if it was up to you, Buycks should've only seen limited time last night, right?  Do you even watch this team?  Would we have been better off with Junior running things?

You keep comparing Buycks to McNeal b/c of the turnovers, etc....it's tiresome, we get it. You conveniently don't mention his 6-9 shooting (including the biggest clutch shot this team has hit this season), 4 Rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals.

You take the good with the bad.  People need to back off Buycks right now.
