The team looked a little intimitated the first 5-8 minutes.    Then they locked in and got it done.    Once they got their legs under them, they ran with, beat on, stopped, scored, and took the game to the consensus #1.   For the 10 minutes we played poorly, Duke outscored us 40-13.   Give them their props, they are that good.    The 30 minutes we played well (still without hitting enough 3's), we outscored them 64-42.    I am never happy about a loss, but I'm not devastated by this one.   There were a lot of good things to build on.   Hopefully the team takes the bad 10 minutes as education and the good 30 minutes as a confidence boost.

That's fair.  I won't extrapolate anything anymore.  I wasn't saying JC should start.  I was just saying he had he had a great offensive game.  And I thought he shot and made enough shots to keep the defense honest.  I would agree that he's probably not a huge scoring-for-himself threat right now, but I don't see that as a big problem.

I liked seeing JC and DG with the lil pick and roll action...and how about JC threading the needle to find Jae wide open?  That was pretyy.

I gotta admit, I like Jr's 7-1 ratio better than 1-3.

Well then I will.  The team is just better with him on the floor, both Bucknell and Duke.

Did We Win?

Then why the heck are we happy?

Warriors don't settle for second best!

I'd be satisfied with a BE 2nd place finish this year.  If you can't be pleased when your young teams goes toe-to-toe with th top team in the country but loses at the end, you will not be a happy fan very often.
