SDSU at the Zags on Espn2.  42-37 SDSU is up at half.  Zags look sloppy.  Steven Gray is really good.  If we end up playing the Zags on Tuesday I think we match up really well with them.  Stick our boy Vander on Steven and watch his production go way down.  If they could have held him in check SDSU would be up 15.  Zags certainly dont look like the 10th best team in the country right now.  Or maybe SDSU is that good...??  I didn't know anything about SDSU heading into this season.

Looks like SDSU caught the Zags sleeping. I think MU fans should be cheering for Gonzaga in this instance. If Gonzaga loses, no way they come out flat against K-State or us, they will be very geared up. Plus, never too early to start thinking about strength of schedule. We want Gonzaga ranked as high as possible if we face them.

SDSU is good. They return most of their starters from last year and are one of the favorites in the Mountain West. I believe that they are a borderline top 25 team right now.

#25 in the AP poll, FWIW.

Very impressed with SDSU.  White is a stud.  Fisher has done a fine job.

Being a CSU alumnus, I'm definitely rooting for SDSU in this one. I love watching top teams get taken down at home.

Let's go Aztecs!

I'm spending the month of November in San Diego and getting an opportunity to see the Aztecs up close and personal.  They are horses, friends, and I'd hate to see the Warriors play them any time soon.

Why would they give Gonzaga such a tough matchup for the first rounds of the CBE?

TallTitan34

The big name schools advance no matter what so I think it's actually better to play a decent first round oppnent to boost your SOS.

When we won the CBE in 2006, we had to go to overtime with Idaho State.  And then we beat Texas Tech and Duke.

Even though they lost, Zaga is still over all the better team I think and just played poorly but Im definitly glad we would play them Tuesday and not SDSU. I think SDSU would be a terrible match up for us.

Unless you lose. :)

State is for real.  Would not want to play them.  White had a great game, but they have a sure-fire NBAer in Leonard.

Ammo is still holding wicked poker games in San Diego, which is helping to bring in other poker loving players.
