We need to start embracing the role of Wisconsins Evil Villain.
We should start marketing ourselves as the Oakland raiders of wisconsin and just embrace what all the Mouthbreathers in Waukesha say about us.

Let Wisconsin be the "good" guy  Lets play up the Us against the world mentality!!

KW, us against the world does not equate to villainry.

Somehow I don't see a Jesuit university marketing themselves like the Oakland Raiders ..............

Wisconsin/MU is a fun game once a year.  We are not in their conference and not all MU students and alums are from Wisco.  Many view the Wisco game as the B10 team we play with the added factor that Buzz and Bo recruit against each other.  It is not all that epic of a game.  We need to win it for practical reasons of beating other big programs before the Big East starts.

Wisconsin fans care way more about the WI/MU game than Marquette fans do.

Oooo....   I'm not too sure about that one.

As an MU alum that's not from Wisconsin and only lived in the state for the 4 years I attended college, I'm just going to say that while I don't view Wisconsin as our biggest rival, especially with us in the BEast Conference now, I still view it as an extremely important rivalry game...especially when it comes to state bragging rights.

did natedogg make that at pick n save?

I dont work at Pick N Save anymore.

And even if I did that is pretty low of you to bash someone for taking a job to support their family for a tough time in their life.  Maybe I should have just took Welfare or unemployment during that time so I could have lived off the government?  I didnt do any of that I took a job that I knew was "beneath Me" but I would rather work for peanuts than live off the government.  I hope that someone like you could respect that.  But than again you wouldnt know anything about that. You probably never lost a job cause your wonderful and perfect!!  The Alpha Male I take it.  What would you know about working hard, after hitting rock bottom?  What would you know of about Losing a Child to a birth defect???
You tell me Ziggy? What makes you so much better than someone who works at Pick N Save, What makes you better than a Garbage man or a Deli Clerk.  I want to know?

Moving on up to Woodman's? I hear the Kenosha location is beefing up their liquor department big time.

Ya, it is a big game because it is one of the only chances both teams have to play someone in another big conference.  Recruiting battles make it more meaningful.  You want bragging rights over everyone, but you want it for practical reasons when recruiting.

But, it is not an epic battle between good and evil as many people think.  Maybe other people had different experiences, but I felt that it was way more important to WI fans than to MU fans when I was at MU.  Same is true today when I watch the game with Wisco fans.

There are significantly more crazy MU-obsessed Wisconsin fans than Bucky-obsessed MU fans. However, that's because there are SO many more Wisconsin fans. Percentage-wise, it's probably about the same. People from all over the state root for the Badgers regardless of where, and if, they went to college, while most MU fans either went to MU or have a close connection to MU.

As someone who did not grow up in Wisconsin, I don't particularly care about the Badgers except when they're playing Marquette, but I know quite a few Badger fans who definitely keep tabs on MU year-round.

If this is true then ZFB should be ashamed of himself. There is nothing but honor in a man who works in whatever capacity to provide for his family. I am disgusted that someone trained under the Jesuits would ridicule a human being for honest work. The man working at Pick n Save is far more honorable and deserving of respect than the moron who would find try to find humor in such an endeavor.

I for one salute Kenosha for taking care of his family. Those who would criticize or ridicule the nobility of that cause are beneath contempt.
