Cords sick of retirement?

I could think of a million and one things I'd rather do in retirement, one being spend another winter in WI, but to each their own.  As Chicos would say, "I hope he has a plan."

his buddy I4 should be available in a year or two to coach the JV, if that's what you mean by "plan."

I'm figuring the Wonder Coach may actually head up the boy's freshman team so that Riley can start at the point and grab MVP honors.

Haven't been on the grid for few days and just checked in to see my worlds have collided. As the father of 3 BA students, don't know what to think of this. Hope they continue to offer "need scholarships" to student/athletes from the city (major emphasis on the athlete part) to make my son's teams better.

Two points for honesty.

  • I prefer a team that's eligible, not paid for

I wouldn't worry.  I bet that they hired Cords to take them "big time" by making an eventual move from the regular HS ranks to the Prep school ranks.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
