I can vouch for the DC route in Milwaukee.....Summerfest, fireworks, lots to drink, boat bouncing in the waves, many friends and one bathroom.  I thought I'd make an attempt to clean up the Milwaukee River, but I ended up making a $175 donation to the city of Milwaukee instead.  What was really embarassing was the spotlight and red/blue flashing lights drawing attention to me....a man just can't stop on a dime!  To be young and dumb again...

In Milwaukee an individual apprehended for urinating in public is ticketed for "Public Masturbation."  A buddy of mine at MU found that fact out the hard way!
