Yeah, this day has been way to long.  I haven't been able to do any real work either.

Going to a Fox Sports Bar to hide my screams in the general din  of many games.

I've been jumpin' outta my skin all day.  It's been really hard to put together any sustained stretches of work.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

Feeling good.  Should be a MU win.  If we're a tournament team, this is a game that we have to win and should win.

They lost at WVU by 19, we lost by 1 (they later beat WVU at home in 2OT with a gift out of bounds call by the refs)
They lost to G'Town at home, we beat G'Town at home
They lost to Indiana on a neutral court
They lost to South Florida on the road by 9, we beat USF at home by 11
We both beat UCONN on the road, though they did by a few more points

They beat DePaul at home by 13 and we beat them by 11 at home.

It's a home game, the place will be charged.  We need this game.  I'd be surprised and disappointed if we lose this games.

You guys are rookies.

I re-scheduled Valentine's Day for tonight because I wasnt too happy about it falling on a weekend this year. Plus, the card was cheaper, the flowers were MUCH cheaper and restaurants are open and dont have those terrible set menus with equally terrible prices. It's a win, win. I can enjoy a good dinner and relax before the game. Oh, and I tiVo'd the GTown-Cuse game so I wouldnt miss out on that game either.

There will be a few people in Erie who will be watching anxiously. My wife and I went to a fundraiser at a bar tonight and we were wearing our blue MU Alumni shirts. A guy comes in wearing a gold MU shirt and we went over and chatted for a few minutes. Small world.

I'm studying abroad, it's 3 am here in Madrid right now...just be glad it's still the 18th. I don't have class until 1 tomorrow though, so I suppose I can't complain all that much. I just hope I can find a stream that doesn't break up too much. WE ARE MARQUETTE!!

Unfortunately we didn't show up.  That was ugly.  Back on the bubble with 3 difficult road games coming up.  I thought we had to 1 one of the road games and win the last two at home to get in.  I now think we need to win two of the road games and the two road games.

Tonight was a big loss.

Hey, semi-sleeping wife isn't always a bad thing. Start the morning off right  ;D and those client meetings will be a breeze.
