Don't worry about making the page pretty...others can go through with their expertise and do that.  Just add some info, some memories, whatever you can!  I know people that people here can add a lot of knowledge...just do it  8)

I don't know of a complete list, but you can get some of the rosters out of these two sections of last years media guide: Here and Here
