Recruited to Washingtoin by Bennett and left in the cold when he left for UVA.

Article says we recently offered him an immediate schollie for this year but he turned us down to go to Hargrave and reopen his recruitment for next year.

After reading it, I thought of "Hoosiers".   I think the line is "God wants you in the game, Strap."    After God closed the door of Washington St for this guy, he opened several windows.   But I do admire the fact he knows what he wants and is willing to wait for perfection.

Just to be clear, the article doesn't really say we made him an offer, just that we contacted him to see if he had any interest.  Apparently he didn't.
