 Horrible punctuation!  Like I said, my comment was made because there is a player with the name (incorrectly) given by the initial poster.  It was not 'snarky', 'snooty' or anything of the sort.  If I was being snooty, I'd tell the HVAC guy, "I believe you mean TOO, not TO".
