Am I reading this wrong? 

For 2010-2011 I thihk it shows 13 players on scholarship but also lists 1 as available.

I think the table is assuming the scholarship situation gets cleared up this year and leaves us with another one for next year (ie-sombody from the current team will end up leaving/not being able to play).

Scholarships Available (assuming all from previous year have been used)

The table is seeing 3 players graduating and only 2 players coming in.

Correct on both accounts.  Somebody has to go "off scholarship" before next season starts.  After that, we have 3 graduating (Cubillan, Hayward, Acker), and only 2 signed for 2010 (Bowen, Clark).

Now, I suppose there is an exception.  If it's one of Cubillan, Hayward, or Acker that does not return next year, then we will resolve next year, and have no scholarships available for 2010. 

Nonetheless, with the information we have thus far, we're -1 for next year, and +1 for 2010.
