Looks like Marquette is at least on the radar:

Any idea of a list for Seth Curry yet.
12:02 Dave Telep:
KD,

The Curry List will come out soon. EVERYBODY has called. From Oklahoma to Florida and all parts in between. I think Virginia Tech, Clemson and Davidson are solid bets to get attention and there are 20 other schools that would want to make a pitch. Louisville, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Xavier, NC State, Wake, Florida, Indiana, Marquette, Charlotte and Southern Cal have inquired. A few guys who said they might be the next coach at Virginia have also said they'd take him!

The General has taken on a new command.

there isnt a "release" for transfers is there? i was just wondering if there is anyway out of sitting a year

dwaderoy2004

he'd have to apply for a hardship waiver, and prove that he is transferring for exceptional reasons, for example, to be closer to family that needs assistance for health reasons.

Curry wouldn't get one of those.

According to Katz, he's going to wind up at either Duke, UNC, Wake, or NC State.

This kid is THAT good??!?!?! How the hell did he end up at Liberty if he such a talent??? Are schools recruiting the name rather than the player??? Why wasn't he recruited in HS by the big schools??

Marquette65

Nice that MU got a mention  but no way in he** goes he even consider MU.  He will stay in his area and go to an ACC school.  Remember his brother was not recruited by any of them not even Va. Tech his Dad's school.  He will want to " prove" to himself and others that he is a ACC type of player.

PuertoRicanNightmare

I haven't seen him play, but his number suggest an Aaron Hutchins type. I'd sign up for that.

See above attachment for his recrutiment teams.

Link brought up his old Scout profile, I haven't seen a Scout article yet that names teams he is potentially transferring to.

Understand, this shows what type of recruit he was out of high school, rankings and his college interests at the time.
