this is debatable? 0 shot attempts, 3ish tournovers and poor defense speaks for itself. he was limping on the court after he played about 15 minutes.

it's one thing to be excited that James was suited up today, but to say that he dererved the minutes over cubillan today is just not right. james did give acker a rest, but he was useless to the team. he was obviously slower on defense and provided nothing on offense. he was clearly no where near 100%. cubillan has stepped up since james got injured and has played much better than most people expected in the last 6 games. i dont know if it would have made a difference or not, but cubillan really should have had most of james' minutes

cubillan may not have scored, but having a guy who is 100% in such a fast game is definitely going to help a team out

It was obvious that DJ wasn't even 50%.  He couldn't move.  I think he earned a chance to play, but should have been used to give the guys a rest for a minute or two.  His last appearance in the game really hurt.

DJ is my favorite senior on this team.  We win easily if he is 100%, but I think Cubillan would have brought more to the table in this game.  We were actually trying to avoid giving him the ball for stretches in the first half.

what's makes james more worthy. did he practice harder than cubillan? give me a break. cubillan worked his ass of all year and got through 2 shoulders surgerys. don't for a second hint that he isn't  worthy of the minutes because dj is back. besides, tons of minutes may have tired acker out, but his intermittent placement in todays game never let him get into the flow of the offense. he was really starting to contribute before today.

3 or 4 offensive rebounds were due to DJ's inability to jump/rebound.

Big help, as far as psychological boosts go. He didn't do much in the game, but I didn't expect him to, and it was great to see him out there one last time.

Would have been REALLY interesting to see what he could have done Thursday after some extra rest/workout time...

I love DJ, but he was a GHOST out there, you cannot say that Cubillan would have been worse, no way.  It was kind of sad to watch.  I really thought he'd help break the press and play great D, but he wasn't even 30%...really feel awful for him, he tried his damndest to get back to play, but he was just not himself at all.
