As the first paragraph of the article slyly noted, it is one campaign promise he has kept      Now.....about his picks....we will soon see how much of an educated basketball junkie he is .

Seems he's kind of in a no-win situation. If his bracket is spot-on, then people will say either that he's spending way too much time with sports or that he must have gotten lots of help. If his bracket sucks, then his manhood/sports sincerity will be called into question.

Oh well, that's politics I guess...

I don't care if the President fills out a bracket.  However, creating an ESPN media event out of it impairs the image a president ought to present to the public, especially during times of national difficulty.  Poor judgement.

Isn't President Obama getting all the distraction he needs this week by going on The Tonight Show on Thursday?

First sitting president to do so.......now thats change I can believe in!

At this point in Bush's first term how many vacations had he already taken to his ranch in Crawford or to Camp David?

Even after 9/11 he took more "vacation days" than another other President in history.

Yet people here are crying over the 20 minutes it took him to fill out a bracket and the 20 minute segment is doing on The Tonight Show.
