Doris Burke is a "drop dead gorgeous" college basketball analyst for ESPN who this summer will be launching her own brand of lingerie. When I heard this the image of Doris Burke in a thong just kinda popped into my head for some reason. It just so happened that when I heard this I was actually signing up to become a MUScoop member. So that's where the name came from.

Doris Burke's thong also popped up the day after my man 4never suggested that I change my name from the legendary "ziggysfryboy" to erin andrews thong.  I did this to honor my man 4never and his large collection of EA's undies that he has purchased through mail order catalogs.

Doris Burke's man voice is huge turnoff.   I'd have to keep the lights on otherwise it'd probably seem like you're making love to a 50 yr old man.

I thought this was a joke at first; and to be honest, the thought of Doris Burke in anything besides head to toe long johns is absolutely frightening.

While I always applaud the entrepreneurial spirit, it seems an odd connection for an ESPN broadcaster to also have her own line of undies, no?

I think you are a bit off on your interpretation..."lingerie" is a relative term...I am pretty sure Doris is launching a new line of boxers, not thongs.  DBB's is more like it, if you know what I mean.   ;)

Before this thread is relegated to oblivion,  I would like to get some posters' opinions:
Ever since Ziggy changed his name to Erin Andrews' Thong, then Doris Burke's Thong joined, I have been thinking about changing my name to something more exciting.

I really like Lazar Hayward, so I am considering a change to:  Lazar Hayward's Jock Strap.

Mods -- OK with this?

On the other hand, perhaps MUScoop naming conventions limit names linked to lingerie (is a jock lingerie?) to ESPN media figures.  I hope not, because I do not want to be known as Jay Bilas Jock Strap, or Len Elmore's Truss or (worst of all possible options) Dick Vitale's Depends.

If Lazar Hayward's Jock Strap is considered too disrespectful, I could use Lazar Hayward's Sweatband.  I admire how it is always perfectly coordinated with his uni-- even the dreaded baby blue.

Whadda ya think?

How about "Odell Balls Bag"?  A little more PC, but keeps the MU connection.

I am trying to picture a universe where "Odell Balls Bag" is more PC than Lazar Hayward's Jock Strap.  ;D   But I will give all suggestions due consideration.
