Some rules that should be in place in college sports . . .

No phones in the IU athletic dept,
No women within a 10 mile radius of Devendorf,
A win doesn't count if you score less than 40 pts

This is a very good list.   After the two teams stand at center court and get booed they should immediately throw it up again.

add to this:
Every student athlete should be issued a laptop, 10 pairs of shoes, and a credit card so they do not feel the need to steal someone elses
Every basketball player must take "Difference between doormats and faces 101" while every coach watches the famous documentary "chairthrowing: how not to express your displeasure".
Colleges cannot retire jerseys or numbers, just names.  That means L-ville, sorry but you cannot have another player named Reese Gaines.

Are these NCAA basketball rules, or do they apply to all sports?  If all sports.

No defecating in laundry hampers in female dorm rooms.
