Total College Basketball

I really want a college basketball simulator, as my favorite thing to do with my console sports video games is just play coach/recruiter/managerial things.

I see this is the PC simulator for college basketball, however I can't find a free version of it to steal(yeah.. I break the law, what of it)

Anyways, does anyone play this, or a different college basketball simulator.. and if so, is it worth the money/is there a free way you know of getting the game (I really don't feel like paying 35 bucks for it if I have no clue how it is.)
