When was the last time you were at a game?  They have been doing those things for years, going back to the BC days.

Live in MA, get to a good number of roadies, was just my 2nd FiServ game.
Loved the days when the crowd came for the game, not the extracurriculars.
But, I'll admit, I'm old, old-fashioned, and I guess that's the way things are today. Things change - but that doesn't mean I have to like them. Wish I could get to more home games, Chick, maybe I'd get used to it.

Sounds like too many Marquette fans are sick of all the damn winning.

I read that as one excuse, in addition to two that were previously mentioned:

1) Day and time
2) Dramalessness
3) Untimely misses

Nice. I am going to use that when I finish completing my idea of fortune cookie flavored ice cream, with pieces of fortune cookie, and the bottom of each single serving container contains a fortune.

I see a couple flaws in your plan:

• You've disclosed it publicly and now one of us is going to steal it from you.
• Perhaps more importantly, if this is any indication, nobody is going to know what the hell your fortunes mean. This board is -- I believe -- the origin of the COLE thing and pretty much every single week someone on here asks what it means. I'm not sure that a subset of 'Scoop is a broad enough audience to support your fortune cookie ice cream business.

I think you underestimate this site's appetite for both ice cream (it's called Scoop, after all) and low expectations.
