We 1000% deserve a 2 seed. Challenge is that so do about 7 other teams (not including the 4 1 seeds). We have done everything we can to make our case since the reveal. We have made the committee's decision very difficult.

I'm of a different mindset.

I think we've made the committees decision very easy.

We haven't lost since the reveal, and we've won two championships.

It's down to 3 teams for 1 2 seed. Baylor, Gonzaga, and Marquette. If the committee largely disregards conference tournaments, it's Baylor. If the committee considers conference tournaments, it's Marquette. If the committee is drunk, it's Gonzaga.

Bill is absolutely nuts.  When he said that Washington was a NCAA Tournament team I couldn't stop laughing.

Personally, I think MU is as close as possible to a 2.  I think they've passed Baylor.  Gonzaga is extremely close.

After a while, his screwing around gets old, especially his "conference of champions" echo.

I have enjoyed some of his humor, but he insists on being the center of attention all the time. It's as if the game he covers is a distraction. One of his best quips was when he asked Lunardi why he was spending so much time talking about "truckstop conferences".

I thought this potential scenario would be on the table and agree with you 100%.  Is a committee member really going to be able to justify Baylor over MU for a #2 after we pummeled them to submission?  We decided to go medieval that game and I will go medieval at the committee people if Baylor winds up a 2 and we are a 3.
