2018 Marquette Basketball Backyard BBQ?

In the past, this was announced the first of May.  We were told the 100 Year was to replace it for one year and then it was back on. Based on summer vacations in July and a later reseating process, this summer event (along with Alumni Weekend) seems to be dead.

Seriously, if you are going to use hyperbole, use it on a week that makes sense, like the one that actually contains the 4th of July.

The problem is that statement would have been perfectly believable coming from many Scoopers.  I should have paid more attention to who posted it.

Is this where I can complain about the food?  They used to have legit BBQ (or at least passable brisket and cornbread) now its standard burgers & hot dogs from a bad corporate tailgate party.

Also, Little League playoffs still going on July 10th so NO ONE is on vacation.  Vacations ONLY happen in August.
