Meaning its not a possibility that we keep him.  Or did you mean not a possibility that he gets a good head coaching offer?

Unless he wants to drop down a couple levels to a low major, who will hire him?  Yeah he's a good recruiter but he hasn't been attached to overly successful programs.  And he's probably making more as an assistant here than most low level head coaches.

I would be more worried about losing him to another school as an assistant.
