He won't be able to be at practice but can do individual drills right?  So can be on the bench?

Don't believe he can do individual drills either from googling and reading compliance rules for restricted non-coaching staff.  Can be on the bench as we have obviously seen with other restricted staff in the past.

So he can't be at practice and he also can't recruit. I assume film watching, self scouting, game planning, etc. are a large part of the job then?
