I just saw this in the email update for tonight's game.  Interesting concept, $77 for access to any unsold seats.  The cheapest 10-game plan was $175.  I'm curious how this is going to work, do you just get in the building like a standing room only ticket, or use the app to pick your seats right before the game?  Looks like a decent deal though if you don't already have tickets.

Cyber Monday Deal - 'Win Every Day Pass' - On Sale 11/30
The 'Win Every Day Pass' is a 100% mobile subscription ticket that gives Marquette fans guaranteed access to available unsold seats in the arena for all 9 conference home games & Stetson. The pass will cost $77, and go on sale Monday 11/30, at GoMarquette.com, beginning at 10 a.m. CT.

Outstanding!  With it being a mobile only app, I suspect you pick your available seat as you enter the BMO BC.

Sounds like they are desperate. $7.70 a game for any unsold seat (nine games plus Stetson)?

I hope there is not a whole lot of unsold seats... and if they keep this up, what's the point of a five-game package?

The White Sox did something similar this spring. Basically the app would ask you to opt into the game a few hours before first pitch (or not). Once they saw how many people were or were not coming, they would send you a link to your seat. Some games I was sent to the 100s, others I was sent to the 500s with the commoners. In that instance you didn't get to choose, but if these games continue to be sparsely attended, you can probably pick your seat regardless of what the ticket says.

These games aren't going to sell out anyway, so it seems like a good way to get a few more people in the door.

Of course they are. Ticket sales have plummeted after two lousy years.  There's TONS of unsold seats.  What do you think the Young Alum promo was all about?

Here's one thing I do hope.  While economics does dictate you play to the most marginal customer, my hope is that loyal season ticket holders are appropriate rewarded.  Heck, at this pace Joe True better come cook chick and me a gourmet dinner before season's end.

Nova will and maybe another depending on our record.

Maybe, but Nova didn't sell out last year (17,961) on National Marquette Day when they were ranked #6, and there are fewer season ticket holders this year.

Agreed.  And the BC holds more than 19K using SRO.

Last year we were baaaaaadddddd.  If we are a bubble team or better this year, people will come out for the last Sat. home game of the year.

Ticket sales are a lagging indicator.  Look, let's hope I'm wrong.  Anyway, they'll already know how many 'Win Every Day' passes they sold so they'll be able to manage it.

They are only selling 77 of these.

If we have any more games like Iowa, Coach Wojo and Henry Ellenson ought to come and cook you dinner -- except they may shoot at the oven from the den and have dinner clunk off the range!

Well, he better not be slapping my kitchen floor if he is a germaphobe...the cleaning lady only comes every other week.
Have some patience, FFS.
