Easy to provide proof (if it exists) for Avenue Commons.  Just take a picture of the banner with a made up sign in front of it, like MUScoop rules or whatever...something that shows it isn't the same picture from the Annex.  No people need to be in the shot.

He is not a student any longer, very serious about MU basketball (grew up watching it), was at the guy's apartment who is a student that works for MUBB. He did not call to tell me just messaged the photo and texted. He is now an engineer working in Milwaukee not into pranks. But believe what you want. It is like brew said in the end it is just a piece of cloth with some letters swan on it.
