Preparing for Monday (and perhaps Tuesday) .. what bars in Milwaukee have satellite feeds and specifically ESPNU?

Any bat that has the NFL package should have ESPNU since DirecTV carries it. So there are quite a few.

I know that Goolsbys has it since I watched the MU/ND game there last year.

i would assume the annex on campus will show the game despite it being on during mnf as well. probably going to be packed in there though, should be a good environment

You can also check out WOW Cafe & Wingery, Hooligans, BBC, BW3, Game Time (I beleive they have a $10 all you can drink Miller taps and all you can eat wings durring the game) and many more.
