no, just got a disorderly conduct citation.  "subject was witness urinating in public by a uniformed Milwaukee police officer."  was way too cold that night to whack off anyway.

I can vouch for the DC route in Milwaukee.....Summerfest, fireworks, lots to drink, boat bouncing in the waves, many friends and one bathroom.  I thought I'd make an attempt to clean up the Milwaukee River, but I ended up making a $175 donation to the city of Milwaukee instead.  What was really embarassing was the spotlight and red/blue flashing lights drawing attention to me....a man just can't stop on a dime!  To be young and dumb again...

been there.  had to make a donation to milwaukee years ago on my walk/stumble back from michael's.  relieved myself near the homeless shelter.  cop stepped out of the car, took my thumb print and handed me a ticket.  oh well.....
