From a semantics standpoint, you are correct. But a jury did rule he, in fact, is a rapist.

And here's a story by NBC News stating the jury didn't rule he is a rapist.  This account includes the Jury's Verdict Form where the jury checked "NO" on the question of whether Mr. Trump raped Ms. Carroll.

He wasn't convicted of rape and you know that.  Trump was sued civilly and found liable for sexual battery and defamation in a case that wouldn't have been brought anywhere other than NY, and by using a law specifically enacted to allow E. Jean Carroll to file a civil suit against Trump after any SOL had expired.

Good!  Great job New York!  Way to finally figure out a way to hold the scumbag to account.

Maybe I will be banished to one of his resorts and forced to eat steaks and drink red wine in his restaurant and lounge at the pool with a Margaritta in one hand and a rum and coke in the other.
Character. When people tell you who they are, believe them.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

LOL. A serial sexual assaulter, which he bragged about on tape, is much, much better and worthy of the office of President of the United States.

The Chevron thread was locked after 268 replies and here we are going on 366 replies. I thought there was no politics here.

Honestly, I mostly ignored the board the past few days.  Prior to that this was *mostly* non partisan.

Nobody, whether they were complaining about politics or not has reported this thread since Saturday.
