It is pretty common for there to be multiple "first pitches" thrown  at MLB games.

When we go to Brewers games there are almost always 2 or 3.

His agent is based in Chicago and Tyler is currently living here in the city. Also of note, the Sox won the game and are on a 3 game winning streak since Tyler threw out the first pitch.
