It has been for sale for decades. The word was the wives of potential buyers found the place "icky" because of all the women who passed time there.
I didn't read the description but I seem to remember that the roof of the bedroom retracted so you could see the stars.

That place is awesome, but at $10 Mill you'd have to get a ridiculously high rental rate to make any money.
