• Topper goes to Arby's
• Topper set's a timer to 77 seconds
• When the timer goes off, Topper counts the number of Beef 'n Cheddars eaten
• Toppers starts pulling names out of the hat.  When he pull out the name corresponding to the number of Beef 'n Cheddars eaten, he looks at the name and selects the SOTG
