The people who continue to think that Anim isn't going to get a great deal of playing time this year I think are going to be disappointed.  He was ahead of Jamal in the line up last year.  Looks like he will be again this year.

Sacar looked great last night.  Definitely SOTG.

Anim is the most athletic player on the team.  Plays good D and drives to the hoop hard.  He will be one of the leaders on this team, and will get at least 25 minutes
a game.  I have been saying the whole time that Morrow is a center, more so than a forward.  He will be on the smallish side but rebounds and can score inside.  If
they play a team like Kansas or Wisconsin, I see Theo and Matt getting more of his time.  Most teams he will be fine, but Wojo will be doing more match up type minutes.

Let's remember that Sacar is a Senior in terms of academic standing.  He and Matty played like that last night.  'So what we're in a new shiny building?  We've got work to do.'  Others took time to get in a rhythm.  Some never really did.  But that's what exhibitions are for.

Liked a couple of comments from Wojo.

Wojciechowski summed up Hauser simply: "Joey's really good."

As a reporter started to ask another question, Wojciechowski interrupted to say, "I wasn't done. He's really, really good."

AND, on Chartouny:

"I thought he was a real sparkplug for us with his ability to facilitate," Wojciechowski said. "He really thinks pass first. To have nine assists in 24 minutes, that's really good.

"When he's passing, that becomes contagious. I thought we were better with him in the game because of his ability to facilitate."

If Wojo reads 'Scoop -- and, come on, we know he does -- I'm sure he'll be relieved to know that I agree with him.

Which means JC will be getting plenty of playing time and will likely start eventually.

I see that too with BB coming out of the starting lineup.  But the word is that Brendan has been excelling in practice so perhaps that was a bit of an acknowledgment last night.
