I have to think either the deal wasn't as done as they indicated or there's some big rollout planned to coincide with the announcement. I'm not sure why the sponsoring company wouldn't want the press that would attach them to all the events coming.

Very long shot. Wisconsin won't even be participating in legalizing gambling due to the tribal pacts.  That wold eliminate the local or state play, there is no national play here either.  At least not yet.

I'm told it's still Fiserv, but official paperwork isn't signed yet. I don't know what the hold-up is, but there are no expectations that it's anyone but Fiserv.

Fiserv did deny it to a local news outlet.  And, it makes no more sense than FoxConn.  It's a business to business servicer.  Why waste money?
