I go to Flanners for almost everything. Only think lately I did not get there was my plasma as they do not carry Panasonic so I went to Circuit City.

Skip the asking for the manager BS and just call your credit card company and put a stop of the payment. Let them deal with it. It's not worth the aggravation.
