You are selling him a bit short.     (I'm kidding Chico, I know you still read the boards)  He is a shorter guy, about as tall as my wife if I recall so that would put him about 5'8" or 5'9" if I had to guess.

If you want to give him grief ask him why he has a bright red truck the color of Badgers.  To give him the benefit of the doubt, it does have some Angels baseball stuff on it (decal) but I gave him the business on that one.  Ha ha.

That's a good way of putting it. He's not really interviewing people, but more interviewing WITH people.

And, he's not reverting back to some BS script or idea. He's reacting on the spot to what people are actually saying and then going from there.

Sounds easy, but it's tough to do. Takes a certain personality and some practice.
