False. The arrest of Byrd and the subsequent suspension/dismissal of Byrd/Barlow was front page news (not in the Chicago Tribune since it's isn't a regional school) on ESPN.

False. Byrd was suspended 1 game and then resumed playing the next game. Of course, he was an academic all Big XX so maybe that makes up for it!!

I didn't read your links, thought you were going back to the days of Corey Spates and others that were dismissed.  Yes, Byrd was suspended.  Barlow kicked off.  The front page of ESPN was achieved by MU on multiple occasions in the last 12 months for off the court behavior as well.  No one was dismissed by MU.

It's weird, I seem to remember some dude who hasn't posted here in months that couldn't figure out how to quote multiple posts in the same response. He would commonly hijack threads by replying to 6 different posts with 6 different posts of his own. I can't recall his name, but that is another thing I have only ever seen, well, you do on here. Same with bringing back month-old threads to push your own agenda about how great of an institution Indiana (and now Purdue) is and how we should aspire to be like them, with all those B1G All-Academic players!

That is fine that you don't want to interact with other fans.  I am not reaching out to you and never have, via Facebook or anything else.  Some of us here at MUScoop are friends, however, because we went to Marquette at the same time or through other associations, most notably our love for Marquette basketball.  It is clear that some of you are very insecure about this and even throw around homophobic commentary at the mere idea that two MU fans can meet sight unseen.  I find that beyond weird that this bothers you so much.  None of you have ever taken a business meeting before site unseen? 

I would invite most MU fans into my home and others I have come into contact with have done the same on their side.  That is good manners and neighborly, that is how we were brought up.  We never locked the doors, everyone was neighborly with everyone. 

If I use teal, normally I do not bold it.  Sometimes for emphasis.  In the future, since it upsets you, maybe its bold all the time.  Whether others have ever bolded it I do not care nor concern myself with.
