Absolutely.  On many, if not most, of the rebounds Davante got, the ball came to him, and not the other way around.  Now maybe he was just the luckiest guy on the floor, but I would prefer to think that after the shots were released, he dragged himself into the spot where he thought the ball was going to wind up, and he was right.

Yeah, but is that a pic of you in your avatar or whatever dealy?  holla

Oh, Jay Bee, you little rascal, you!

That is a picture of a '70's-era cheerleader I found online.  I am MUCH younger -- class of '84.

I was watching Garnder closely and he still limps around. I am not sure if it is a mental thing but I hope he didn't come back before he is ready.

Erick ur powers of observation are amazing!!!

All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

Anyone that has ever had a severly sprained knee can appreciate the pain and length of time it takes to recover.  I would say a sever knee sprain that does not involve torn ligaments takes at least 6 weeks to get back to be able to run.  Prolly 8-10 weeks for full flexion and pain free.  We are not talking about a sprained finger or even ankle here.  Anyone that saw Devante's huge limp and grimacing can know appreciate the severity of a sprained knee.

It would appear most posters are/were clueless to the severity and length of time it takes to come back from this type of injury.  My guess is devante was on crutches and could barely walk if at all on Sunday.

My knee feel to good right now, that therapy is something good lol

He may be at 80% most of the time, or 65% getting up and down the court, but he sure looked 100% when he had the ball near the hoop.  The rebound turn around fadaway 2 was beautiful (could have been better if he could/did use his left hand as it was naturally a left handed shot).  He did seem really gassed at times.

I was amazed and happy that he looked thin for him.  If  anything he lost weight since the injury, or at least didn't gain any.

I would hope that any player with a leg injury is spending time swimming as rehab.  Keeps the upper body in shape, burns lots of calories and is fantastic for the wind.
